Vacancy opens for Reservations & Ticketing Agent at Singapore Airlines Taiwan Branch Office.
• You will initially undergo a 3-month comprehensive training program in Taiwan that will introduce you to various aspects of customer servicing in the aviation industry. Thereafter, you will be assigned to work at the Passenger Services Department for call center operations, delivering customer services which include reservations & ticketing duties amongst others. As a Singapore Airlines Taiwan branch office team member, you shall deliver and support a consistently high standard of customer service whether at the front line or at the back office.
• You should also be prepared to be job rotated, as may be required by the Company, to various departments, including working at the airport on shifts, within the Taiwan branch. Should you possess commercial, admin or accounting flair, you may also be rotated to other departments during your career with Singapore Airlines, such as sales, marketing communications, admin or accounts departments, which is at the sole discretion of the Company subject to your performance and vacancies available.
Qualifications
• A recognised University Degree;
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and ability to deal with people in a courteous, patient, and professional manner;
• Cheerful personality and willingness to serve;
• “a positive 'can do' attitude and a willingness to grasp opportunities”; respond positively to change and the challenges
• Be able and willing to work independently.
